Sometimes You Just Have To….

Sometimes you just have to do what you can to keep your sanity, your cool, your whatever it is that you draw upon to keep going. To get through. To get to the other side. It may be your family, spouse or significant other, true friends, or maybe just that inner voice that speaks to you all the time.

Sometimes you feel like it is just too much to get your arms around. Sometimes you feel like you have tried so many times before.

Sometimes you feel like no one will support you or believe in you.

Sometimes you just want someone somewhere to do it for you.

Sometimes you just do not want to deal with anything and anybody, anymore..

Sometimes it feels like everywhere you look that there is no good news.

Sometimes it feels like you have heard it before, thought about it before, perhaps even tried it before.

Sometimes you may think you are too old, too young, not old enough, young enough?

Awe.

Well, welcome to life, especially life as we know it today. I think a time where we feel hopeless, despair, anxious, scared, unsure, angry, and that we have no control over our situation, and our life. It is the exact time to consider and look at exactly where and who you are. It is time to have a difficult, really open, honest conversation and with yourself.

To jump start your talk, ask yourself the following questions. Remember, no one can hear you, you can be completely open and honest with yourself.

2.) Why do I feel no one will support me?

3.) Who can I trust to support me as I….

4.) Where can I look to find the good news all around me?

5.) How will I know I am successful?
